Why this one
Vajrakilaya (Dorje Phurba), the wrathful deity who removes obstacles, blue with three faces and six arms, great wings spread behind him, embracing his consort within a circle of flame. A blue Buddha in union sits at the top, flanked by two red wrathful figures; smaller protectors and a wealth deity stand along the base.
A central practice of the Nyingma tradition. Black-and-gold style, with the figures in strong blues and reds.
Painted on a single cotton canvas, unmounted. Ships rolled in a rigid tube from Sydney, or we can arrange a silk brocade mount.
